Small orders, including e. g. textiles leave the warehouse after 2 - 3 business days since the order has been placed and they are delivered by the post service.
Larger orders are dispatched within a week the latest, and they are delivered by DPD International.
Once your products have left the warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information to follow its delivery online.
Isn't it the colour you dreamt of? Did you change your mind? We got it! You can return the order or its part and request the return within 90 days since it's been placed! And it is free on orders above £49!
We accept returns for new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging.
If you request the return within 30 days since the shipment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. In case the return request has been sent to us after 31 - 90 days since the shipping date, you will receive the voucher that can be used at our store.
