Cotbed Questions
Our Mini Cot can’t be used as a co-sleeper (or a shared bed), because it has not been tested for this option and has been tested to EN-716 for baby cots.
The front panel can be removed only on the lowest base position.
When the baby is 2 years old, you can remove the front panel and convert the cot into the toddler bed. Although each child is different, and you should consider this only as a guideline. But keeping older babies without converting into a toddler bed can cause famage to the bed.
We recommend using the drawer's wheels without the cot's wheels assembled at the same time.

Our Natural Mattress cover is not removable. However, you can clean the surface: gently clean using a damp sponge and mild detergent, allow the fabric to air dry before use. The mattress cover cannot be removed or machine washed.
Shipping & Delivery

Our orders are delivered by the courier company - UPS.
We aim to ship all orders the next business day. However some of our products like the Woolnest Moses Basket are handmade and may take up to 8 days to deliver during the festive holiday season. Although we do have a ready to deliver stock and aim to ship the next day. The same applies for some textiles and liners.
We want to keep things simple so we deliver via UPS® from our Warehouse to you within 3-6 days.
Standard Delivery: £3.99 for orders below £200 and £20 for orders above £200.All orders are sent out the next business day.

We ship orders the next business day after placed. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery online.

No, we do not deliver any orders to British Forces Post Office (BFPO).
Once the order is shipped, we always send an email with your parcel's number. Click on it and you will be redirected to the correct website.
We are unable to schedule the delivery time in advance, although once the parcel reaches your country, you will be notified about an estimated delivery time and you will be able to change it if it is not suitable.
Yes, UPS will contact you before the delivery attempt to inform about its time and to offer alternatives if needed.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Below are some common questions about our products
If you changed your mind and would like to return the order or its part, follow these steps:
1. Contact us via tlc@mokee.eu and confirm your order number along with the products that you would like to return. If possible, share your reasons for the return, so we will be able to improve our products or service.
2. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days after it being shipped subject to the below,
-We will not refund the original shipping cost
-We offer free returns for orders shipped to the UK Mainland and with the value below £100 and below 5kgs in weight, subject to one free return per order. The subsequent returns shall not be eligible for free returns and there would be a return charge of £10 per return.
-We do not offer free returns for orders above £100 in value and above 5kgs in weight; The Standard Return charge is £20 for orders returned from the UK Mainland.
- All our furniture items are above 5kgs in weight and not eligible for free returns
-To be eligible for a refund all items are to be received by our warehouse in Europe in new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging.
-Once we receive the items in good condition we shall process your refund after deducting the original shipping costs
-If your order included a free promotional gift, you are obliged to return the free gift as well;
3. Please, note, the teething rails have been designed to fit mostly moKee cots. We can't guarantee the teething rail will fit the cots by other brands;
4. We will provide a return label or book the collection;
5.If the order has been delivered to another country other than the United Kingdom, you are obliged to cover the cost of return to the warehouse in Europe. We will provide the details of the return address once you contact us;
6.You can return part or all of the order;
7.If you return the products within 30 days of shipment, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. The delivery fees are not returned;
8.Once we receive the return, we will check it, and if everything is satisfactory, we will process the refund/credit within 7 business days.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you cancel your order before we have sent you the delivery notification, we will process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
If you cancel the order after we have sent the delivery notification, our Returns & Refunds Policy shall apply
DAMAGED/ FAULTY ITEM
In the unlikely case that you received a damaged or faulty item, your order will be covered by the warranty.
The following criteria apply:
✓ For damages caused during transport - contact us within 48h of receiving the item.
✓ For manufacturing faults - contact us within the warranty period.
You should contact us at tlc@mokee.eu with the following information so that we can decide on the appropriate course of action:
✓ Your name and surname
✓ Your order's number
✓ Photos and descriptions of the fault/issue.
To receive the label, please, contact us via tlc@mokee.eu and provide following the details:
✓ your full name & the order's number,
✓ names & quantity of products that you would like to return,
✓ if possible, share the reasons for your return,
✓ send us pictures of products to confirm they are unused, unpacked & still in the original packaging.
The warranty is valid for 365 days since the shipping date.
The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only.
