Being parents ourselves, we know how much work and planning is put into baby’s arrival. It’s hard, but rewarding work. And at moKee we particularly understand the work involved in organising and creating the nursery. We want to make that as easy and rewarding as possible, and to that end, we all decided that to coincide with our 7th birthday we’d set up “We Are moKee”, our loyalty and benefits programme, and say a huge thank you to you all!

So how does it work? You'll receive points for every purchase at our store and then those points can be redeemed for your future orders at moKee. All you need to do is create your account and be logged in whenever you decide to place the order. We will reward you with 10 points for each £10 spent at our store.

But that's just the start! You will get 100 points just for creating the account and if you follow us on Instagram or on Facebook, you'll get another 100 points! It's worth it - not only do you get the points, but you'll receive valuable and helpful content each month (no spam, we promise!).

At moKee we believe sharing is caring so if you recommend moKee to anybody, they will receive £10 off on their first order (min. value of £250) and you'll be rewarded with 500 points. You can recommend us to as many people as you want! The more, the better for YOU!

To sum up, the points are given as folllow:

- 100 points for creating the account,

- 100 points for following moKee on Instagram,

- 100 points for following moKee on Facebook,

- 500 points for referring us to the friend (points are given when the friend places an order and it's fulfilled).

- 10 points for each £10 spent at our store.

100 points equals £1 that you can use to pay for your next order. To redeem the points, just log in to your account, add products to the basket and use points as the payment option at the checkout.

Terms & conditions of We are moKee loyalty program

1. We are moKee is a loyalty program created to award customers for online purchases at moKee store and customers who introduce new customers to moKee.

2. The program starts on the 25th of June 2020.

3. The points collected by customers should be redeemed within 12 months since received. After this time points may be removed by moKee, at moKee’s discretion.

4. moKee reserves the right to impose prior use of points. Customers will be notified of zeroing points at least 14 days in advance.

5. The points may be used as partial or full payment for any purchases at moKee.

6. The points can be used only for online purchases and it is not possible to request the cash withdrawal.

7. The points for customers who introduce new customers moKee will be given once the new customer’s order is fulfilled. moKee reserves the right to remove the points if the order is cancelled or returned.

8. If items are returned from an order then the points earned, the points will be deducted based on the value of the goods being returned.

9. To check the points amount and rewards history, customers should log in to their account at moKee website.

10. The points are given only for online purchases to customers that have been logged in while placing their order. Points cannot be added for orders placed before registering.

11. Business clients and contractors are not eligible for the loyalty program We are moKee and they are excluded from the participation. The program is available only for private customers.

12. moKee reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the loyalty program or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

13. moKee has the right to modify the terms and conditions for earning points and their amount. This will be communicated to customers through website and emails.

14. moKee reserves the right to cancel We are moKee loyalty programs at any time. In this case, moKee will inform the customers at least 14 days in advance and ask them to use their points within a time frame.
