Dear Customers,

Over the past weeks, we have observed the spread of the Covid-19 virus around the world. Governments have reacted to the outbreak by introducing several measures. There is no doubt this situation affects many industries and our daily lives.

At moKee, we monitor the development of the situation on an ongoing basis and we have already taken the appropriate precautions. We are in contact with our suppliers and courier services, maintaining continuity of deliveries. We have decided that from Monday 16 March, all orders are sent via courier, so that delivery of parcels takes only 2 - 5 business days. Orders are shipped according to standard lead time.

Workshops, factories and our logistics center operate unchanged. Employees have been informed of new procedures and their working is controlled. Employees whose work allows them to remote work will perform their duties online.

A high level of customer service is one of moKee's top priorities. Our employees respond to emails and inquiries and are available every day, including weekends. We also encourage you to follow our social profiles, where we share all the information on a regular basis.

At the same time, we would like to draw your attention to taking all precautions, avoiding clusters of people and following the recommendations of the authorities and WHO. Everyone's safety is now the most important thing.
